Awarding the contract of Sikorsky for the S-92 Landing Gear.
CESA has won a contract from Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., valued at 15 million euros per year, to optimize the design and manufacture the landing gears of S-92, a twin–engine helicopter.
The S-92 is an advanced biturbine helicopter, with more than 17 metres in length, able to lift 12 tonnes and with the capacity to carry 19 passengers.
The decision of Sikorsky, one of the most prestigious companies in the world, demonstrates the trust in our company.This is not onlyabout an important engineering work, but also producing until 40 landing gear per year, as well as the maintenance and spare-parts sales services.
