QUALITY POLICY


The main objective of the Company is to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction, providing products and services in line with requirements, on time and at a competitive price.
The lines of action defined for achieving this are:
• Consolidating the process of Quality Integration in all the areas of the Company as a tool for continuous improvement.
• Using methods such as risk and opportunity analysis in the planning of all of our processes.
• Firmly promoting a supply chain with a high level of maturity that is a co-participant in our development.
• Fostering leadership and teamwork in all the levels of the organisation.
• Highly qualified staff in constant training.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

CESA, a company specialising in the aerospace sector, has undertaken as its main environmental goal to ensure that its activities have the least possible impact on the environment, supporting sustainable development and respect for the environment.
The lines of action defined for achieving this are:
• Compliance with all contractual obligations that CESA has agreed to, as well as with all legal requirements.
• Protection of the environment and prevention of pollution by investing in less polluting means of production.
 Rational use of resources and energy.
• Continuous improvement in the execution of processes within a sustainable development framework.
• Environmental training and awareness of the entire staff.

CESA management and employees are all aware of the importance of this Policy and have made it part of our professional culture.

SAFETY POLICY

The Company has set out the following principles with regard to Safety:
 Safety is always the first and most important consideration.
• Human factors determine the actions of all persons working in or managing areas with customer products.
• The entire staff is motivated to detect and communicate errors or incidents. In line with the fair culture principle, no disciplinary measures will be applied against people notifying errors in the process that may cause incidents or accidents.
• All people conducting activities on customer products are involved in the observation of the applicable rules and regulations, particularly with regard to the quality and safety of the products with which we work.
• All people are aware of the importance of cooperating with the quality auditors.
• Ensuring good use of resources, and paying special attention to execute tasks correctly on the first attempt.
• Training everyone to be aware of human errors and implementing a continuous training programme on this matter.
• Complying with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as those of the national and international procedures that CESA has agreed to.
