The project aims to develop a new-generation primary flight control for the future aircraft.

 To achieve this general objective, the following technical objectives are proposed:

• Analysis, development, and selection of optimal surface protection against wear and corrosion with an optimal tribological behavior that will allow validating the millions of cycles required for primary flight controls. These surface protections must comply with the REACH regulation.
• Development of an advanced direct acting valve for primary flight controls.
• Development of technologies for modular electronic control units for primary flight controls.
• Validation of the solutions developed with tests at different levels (test tubes, subsystems, and prototypes

Project results cover a wide range of civil and military flight controls technologies.
