HD Spain provides an AOG service with the objective to assure an integrated and immediate (24/7) response for our world-wide customers. A dedicated team of people is working round the clock to enable 24hrs per day, 365 days per year.

We have available four world-wide AOG Stock locations based in Madrid, Singapore, Copenhagen (Denmark) and Sterling (USA) enabling rapid dispatch of LRU’s world-wide. Each pool is within 15 minutes of its nearest international hub airport.

PRODUCT SUPPORT

Product Support integrates all support disciplines from the Development to In-service phase intended to be performed along the life cycle of the equipment/system.

The tasks begin during the Development phase, with the Engineering RMTS activities in order to define a maintenance concept to ensure a reliable and safe product along the life cycle, to obtain customer satisfaction by means of Integrated Logistic support in Service phase.

Material Support

  • Capability to perform Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) for military projects.
  • Definition of spare list and Initial Provisioning lists for all different maintenance levels.
  • Logistic support documentation following ASD 2000M
  • Definition and generation of documentation for GSE and AGE.

Technical publication

Héroux-Devtek Spain has a wide experience generating on site all types of Technical Publications: CMM, VSB, Data Modules, according to civil and military standards, such as ASD s1000D or ATA ispec. 2200 and ASD Simplified Technical English rules. The texts are created in SGML / XML, while graphics are in CGM using specific SW for publications.

The purpose is to ensure that the Publications performed enable the Customer to operate and maintain the elements manufactured by Héroux-Devtek Spain at the maximum of its capability with the minimum LCC.

Training courses

Training courses are available for all levels of Maintenance: organizational, intermediate and depot.

Training includes familiarization and maintenance training according to ATA 104 levels I, II and III.

Training is led by experienced, qualified personnel (specialist instructor, backed up by a Product Support Engineer as training coordinator) who takes a practical approach to learning.

Technical training material is generated according to ATA 104, as well as an Attendance Certificate at the end of the course.

Courses are given at the HD Spain assembly and test workshop and, upon request, at the customer's facilities.
